The Gong Show session will be held on Tuesday 9 July. There will be a session of 18 x 5-minute talks.

Instructions for Poster Presentations:

Only posters of submitted and accepted abstracts will be offered presentation.
Please bring your printed poster with you to the conference.
Posters will be on display for the duration of the conference.
Posters are mounted by the participant at anytime from 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday 9 July.
Posters are removed by the participant at anytime before 5:00 p.m. on Saturday 13 July.
The organisers are not responsible for posters that are not removed on time.


POSTER PREPARATION
 
The poster layout is PORTRAIT.
 Please prepare your poster to fit the dimensions below, it is recommended that poster be prepared on one sheet of poster paper.
The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 90 cm wide x 1.2 m long (35.5 inches wide x 47 inches long).
Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.

After registering, submit your abstract via the abstract submission page and follow the instructions below:

  • Enter your title in the 'Title' box.
  • Write your abstract directly into the 'Content' box.
  • Enter your name in the 'Author' box.
  • Specify if you wish to apply for the Gong Show, the Poster Session or both.
  • Add a link to your inSpire record in the 'Comment' box (needed for selection).
