Solvay-Perimeter-APC Workshop on
"Cosmological Frontiers in Fundamental Physics"

Brussels, 14 - 16 May 2018 (ULB - Campus Plaine - Solvay Room)

The workshop is part of a series organized jointly by the International Solvay Institutes, Laboratoire APC (University Paris VII, France) and the Perimeter Institute (Waterloo, Canada). The series aims to discuss, in an informal setting, recent developments at the interface of cosmology and fundamental physics. The previous edition was held by the Perimeter Institute in June 2016.

Fee and registration

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.
We have reached the maximum capacity of the conference room and can no longer accept new participants.

 

Name badges and WIFI codes will be distributed on site on Monday 14 May from 9:00 a.m.


Poster presentations

Attendees will have the opportunity to present a poster during the workshop.

A title and a short abstract (maximum 500 words including references) of the proposed contribution
should be sent in a Word document format using the template below to Isabelle Van Geet by
email at isabelle.vangeet@solvayinstitutes.be, before 27 April 2018.

Size of poster board: 114cm x114cm (suitable for A0 and A1 portrait poster)


Location

The workshop will be held at ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles) - Campus Plaine - Bld de la Plaine - 1050 Brussels

Banquet

A banquet will be held on Wednesday 16 May at 7:30 p.m.
For those who wish to attend, there will be a 50 Euro banquet fee to be paid cash on the first day of the workshop.

Coffee Breaks and Lunches

Coffee breaks will be provided twice a day.

Attendees will have to arrange and pay for their own lunches.

There is a canteen on the Campus, alternatively you can find many restaurants and cafés at the Cimetière d’Ixelles.
